No Registration/Insurance
During a routine traffic stop, officers issued violation tickets to a 19-year-old male driver for operating a vehicle without registration or insurance.

A resident in the northeast end reported a window in her unattached garage had been broken and the siding had been spray-painted.
Operation While Impaired
Police received a complaint of a possible impaired driver. The vehicle was located, and the 37-year-old male driver was found in a downtown bar. The male displayed signs of impairment. A roadside alcohol screening device (ASD) test was conducted, resulting in an Immediate Roadside Sanction (IRS). Consequently, his vehicle was towed.
