Assault
The Police responded to a call for assistance with removing individuals from a residence. Upon arrival, the officers found two individuals actively fighting. A 23-year-old male was arrested and detained in cells for assault and mischief.
Theft of Bicycle
While on patrol, police located a 24-year-old male riding a bike that did not belong to him. The bike was seized, and later a call was received reporting that the bike lock had been cut and the bike stolen. The description matched the seized bike, and the owner provided a statement regarding the theft of the bike. The bike was returned to its owner and the 24-year-old male was subsequently arrested and charged with theft of a bicycle. He was released on an undertaking.
Operation While Impaired
The Police received a report of a vehicle running through four stop signs. The vehicle was located, and the 33-year-old male driver failed an ASD test. The vehicle was subsequently towed.
