Liquor Act Violation
Police received a 911 call reporting that a witness observed a driver throwing a Twisted Tea can out of the driver’s window. Police located the vehicle, and the 37-year-old male driver provided a passing breath sample and was allowed to drive away. Both the male driver and his passenger were issued violation tickets for transporting liquor within easy reach of the driver.
