Police received a call from a downtown business that a male came in to purchase items. The male required ID for his purchase and pulled out a sword instead. The male left and Police quickly located him. The male was arrested without incident and is waiting to have a Judicial Interim Release hearing.
A truck was reported to have been stolen from an east end business the previous night.
Police dealt with a shoplifter at a west-end business.
Police noted a truck driving through compounds in the east end during the night. Police stopped the truck and located a quantity of methamphetamine. The driver was charged, and they were sent on their way. At this time Police are unsure if anything was stolen or damaged.
