On April 5th at approximately 10:05 AM Police attempted a traffic stop near the hospital. A late 80’s Chevrolet Suburban fled from Police.
A west end business reported two female shoplifters. While Police were responding, the females ran away from security. A description of the suspects and their vehicle has been obtained. The theft is under investigation.
Police are investigating after a male reported his online banking information was used to e-transfer $1400 from his account. The matter is still under investigation.
Two hang up 9-1-1 calls resulted in Police responding to a north side residence. Upon arrival a male was located inside contrary to a Trespass Notice. As officers were attempting to deal with the male, a 54-year-old female became aggressive with officers. The female assaulted a Police Officer and was subsequently arrested and charged. The female will appear in court at a later date.
Multiple noise complaints and other bylaw related matters kept Police busy over the weekend.
