Police responded to a fire at school playground; was extinguished prior to any major damage. Police identified the youth responsible who is now facing charges of mischief and arson.
A male was observed stumbling and falling while traveling in alley. Police determined the 42-year-old was grossly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested for public intoxication and lodged until sober.
