A west end business reported that a lock was cut on one of their seacans. Police are looking for a black Ford F150 with a push bumper which was involved.
On April 2nd, 2024, the Camrose Police Service arrested a resident of Camrose and charged him with one count of manslaughter. The charge is related to an incident on November 11th, 2023, where the accused and the victim were involved in a physical altercation. Both individuals were known to each other.
Following a thorough investigation and consultation with the Crown Prosecutor’s Office, the police service determined a charge was to be laid against the accused.
In the interest and privacy of the victim’s family, the accused and victim are not being named. The accused is set to appear in Camrose Court of Justice. There is no risk to members of the public.
