For the position of full-time term 9-1-1 dispatcher the successful candidate will perform various administrative duties including data entry, typing information, court documents and operational files. Successful candidates will also receive, record, complaints from the public and relay critical information to responders. This is a term position with the possibility of becoming permanent. The position requires flexibility to ensure minimum staffing levels.
For the position of casual 9-1-1 dispatcher the successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, recording and dispatching complaints from the public and relaying critical information to responders. The casual role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work holidays, nights and weekends.
