BVJ Grounds Events
Two individuals were issued GDL suspensions for impaired driving.
A motorized scooter was stolen from an individual on the BVJ grounds. Police later located a male operating the same scooter. Police arrested a 22-year-old male and charged him accordingly.
Security requested assistance with a male who was attempting to climb onto the stage during the concert. Police located a 44-year-old male and escorted him outside the BVJ grounds.
A loss prevention officer advised Police they had arrested a male for stealing property. Police attended and located a male youth who had stolen items. The youth was turned over to their guardian and the property was returned to the business.
A red generator was stolen from the BVJ grounds. Police are still looking for this.
A 37-year-old male was arrested after he attempted to jump into the box of a Police truck after being told not to do so. The male was intoxicated.
Police mediated several fights and disturbances throughout the night.
Camrose City Events
Police received a complaint of a male sleeping on a sidewalk on the east end of Camrose. Police attended and located a 18-year-old male. The male was arrested for public intoxication.
A female attended to report she misplaced her credit card, and that it had been used at several locations throughout Camrose. The female advised the suspect used approximately $5000.00. The matter is still under investigation.
Police were advised that a large alien figurine was stolen from a property. Police were able to track down the stolen property by using social media. The Alien has been recovered.
Police responded to several neighbor disputes, property disputes, check on welfare complaints and mental health complaints during the night.
One immediate roadside sanction was issued to a 57-year-old female for impaired driving.
